How does RTT differ from other therapies?

What is included?
Depending on your issue, Rapid Transformational Therapy is carried out in as little as one session and no more than three per issue. After the session you will receive a personalised transformation recording, which you will be required to listen to daily for the next 21 days. The session fee also includes mentoring and check-ins during your period of transformation as well as a free follow-up call after 21 days have passed.
How long does it take?
An RTT online or in-person session lasts between 90 to 120min.
Why do I have to book a 20 minute call before the RTT session?

What will it feel like?
Everyone can experience RTT differently. You may notice that your eyelids flicker a little bit, which is a normal response. You will feel comfortable and relaxed. In fact, most people experience a feeling of ease and deep relaxation. Some people report that they felt drowsy and as if they were floating, others do not. No matter how you feel during your RTT session, remember that this does not indicate how effective your session is. It is working, regardless of what it feels like!
Am I awake during hypnosis?
Yes. There is a lot of misconception about hypnosis and hypnotherapy. Contrary to the popular belief, hypnosis or RTT does not make you go to sleep. You are in a deeply relaxed state but fully aware of everything and accessing a deeper level of yourself. You have complete control the entire time.
Can I get stuck in hypnosis?
No, that’s a myth. You are in charge at all times. You can talk easily throughout the session and move your body if you feel the need to.
What if I can’t be hypnotised?
You can. Everyone can be hypnotised. As long as you want to enter hypnosis, you definitely will. The process is simple, enjoyable and very relaxing.
Why do I have to listen to the recording for 21 days?
This is a crucial part of your transformation as it ensures a deeper shift and stronger integration of your new beliefs. Our subconscious minds learn by repetition. It takes 21 consecutive days of repetition for your brain to create new neural pathways and doing so will help prevent you from slipping back into the old habits. Listening to the recording daily is actually so relaxing you will want to continue listening to it after 21 days, which is in fact very welcome.
Are RTT sessions confidential?
Yes, absolutely.
Where do you do RTT sessions?
Sessions are offered in-person in Chiswick, London (UK), or online via the Zoom platform. All you need for online sessions is a good Internet connection and a quiet space.
Are face-to-face sessions better than online hypnotherapy?
Online RTT sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions. You may even feel more relaxed to do the session from the comfort of your home. Zoom is a free platform and all instructions are provided when your booking is confirmed.
